How to get the header of an Email.
The email header is the information that travels
with every email, containing details about the sender (including
the IP address), route and receiver.
Here some help.
- Outlook 98, Outlook 2000, Outlook

1. Double Click the message to open it in a full window
2. Click on "Options" in the "View" Menu
3. Now you can copy and paste everything (press Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C)

1. Open the Message
2. Click on the "File" menu
3. Click on "Properties"
4. Click the "Details" tab
5. Click on "Message Source"

2. Click "Show Full Header"
